Once upon a time, our primitive ancestors were much more adapt at releasing stress than we are in these modern times. There was the instinctual and spontaneous reaction of fight & flight and the instant sense of reward after escaping from eminent danger.
Yet, as we have evolved, life has become much more complex, and so too has the way that we handle stress. People try to cope in many different ways, often with indulging in a variety of comforts such as entertainment, food, alcohol, sex and drugs.
Both, our pent-up stresses and the ways that we try to cope are the causes of many of our problems. Often we may not know that there is a problem, until it comes to the crunch time. Then all of a sudden it can hit us like a tone of bricks, and it all just seems too hard, overwhelming and depressing.
Where did we go wrong, or what didnt we do right? Maybe we just slipped into overwhelm, sort of lost our footing, drifted away, became submerged, and we didnt allow our-self the choice to become aware, at the time.
As an integral part of our evolutionary journey, also comes greater choices for awareness. And what is awareness? Lets just say to be an observer, a witness without getting too involved. Because once weve jumped into the soup, its very difficult to crawl back out. However have you ever met anyone who is totally immersed in the soup, drowning in it and also enjoying it? Yes, some people manage to become so down, intoxicated that it simply starts to become very familiar, comfortable and addictive, leaving almost no way out.
Pulling people out of the soup is something that can be very rewarding. Its sort of like being a life-saver, you know one of those life guards at the beach.
Of course, we cant really help anyone, unless we are helping them to help themselves. Its just like offering an invitation to join a different party, and they must be willing to come along. To break free, one must accept the invitation to reclaim awareness. Reclaiming ones awareness, gives back ones life. Its a type of resuscitation. The awareness simply opens us to better choices. The rescuer has merely offered the invitation, and by joining the awareness party, as it seems they have really just saved themselves, they are the true hero. Sure, it is sort of silent work.
An enhanced awareness gives us back the power to save our-self, time and time again.
This opened awareness is our true instinctual state. Yes, we can all instinctually be spontaneous when confronted by stress. The key is to become the observer. And how does it feel? Author, Melody says its the greatest gift to help people to enhance their own life, with extra aliveness, love joy and gratitude. Melodys book; Unlock the Secrets - how to let-go of anxiety, panic and stress is a truly inspirational book that offers precise step by step tools and process for rescuing us from this soup.
So next time that we sit down before a bowl of soup, maybe we could just be aware of the gratitude, that we would rather be enjoying this, than drowning in the stuff.
Melody is an international psychic healer, teacher & transformational life coach. Melody is the author of an e-book; Unlock the Secrets - how to let-go of anxiety, panic and stress, outlining step-by-step precisely how to use these powerful secrets. The small and medium sized business owner rarely possesses all the skills necessary to manage the business through all periods of change.
Businesses grow and contract. Some become great successes; some fail.
Whatever phase of evolution or contraction a business is passing through, the owner will undoubtedly benefit on occasions from the input of other skilled professionals.
Who are these skilled professionals’? What contribution can they make to assist a business owner?
Within business circles these skilled professionals’ are advisers or mentors and may be individuals who are specialists in their chosen area of expertise. They possess the knowledge and skill that the business owner may seek and can supplement their skills with those of the business owner to address concerns and add value to the business.
Mentors may work with the owner on a specific assignment or be the shoulder to cry on’ over an extended period of time.
What is mentoring?
Formal mentoring involves the business owner building a relationship with someone who has achieved success in a discipline that the owner wishes to excel in. The mentor possesses the skills that the owner may want to acquire personally - to have the knowledge, wherewithal and experience to improve the performance of the business.
A good mentor will willingly share tips, knowledge and resources with the owner as part of building a trusting relationship and work with the owner to ensure agreed actions are expedited satisfactorily.
What triggers the appointment of a mentor?
The business owner may not recognize that help is required. Short term difficulties may arise, a terminal decline in the business fortunes may not be identified or the rapid expansion of the business may be perceived to be within the management capabilities of the owner.
It is not uncommon for the symptoms that adversely impact the business to go unrecognized for a period of time. Many business owners will fail to appreciate that the small daily/weekly/monthly deterioration in revenues, customer satisfaction levels or cash flow lead eventually to catastrophe. As a consequence there may be a belief that the downward trend can be arrested and that fortunes will change in the near future.
Unfortunately a continuation of old practices will result in results similar to those previously experienced.
Eventually there will be a realization that change must happen in order to overcome the problems and that the process of identifying and executing the required change is beyond the skill set of the owner.
This may be triggered by pressures within the business, stresses in private life or by the influence of a third party such as a bank, investor or customer.
At this time a skilled professional may be recruited as a mentor to assist the owner in overcoming concerns. Dependent upon circumstances this may be viewed positively or negatively.
It is desirable that the business owner accepts in such instances that a mentor is required and that the appointment is for the betterment of the business.
There is nothing more difficult to carry out, nor more doubtful of success, nor more dangerous to handle, than to institute a new order of things. -Niccolo Machiavelli
For the pro-active business owner who accepts external skills must be acquired to PREVENT the short term problems arising and to deliver results in the long term; a mentor appointment will be a positive action.
With this in mind the mentor will be able to advise, provide moral support, share decision making skills and be someone to help re-train’ the owner.
For a successful outcome the business owner must:
- - Be open, honest with the mentor
- - Recognize personal shortcomings
- - Commit time
- - Work on building the relationship with the mentor
- - Listen, learn and understand
- - Be professional and keep confidences
- - Agree and execute plans of actions
The decision making will remain with the business owner. However, making informed decisions will lead to improved results.

Under Coaching
Coaching has become the leading tool that successful people use to live extraordinary lives. However, most people consider coaches to be related to sports, yet sports coaches make up only a small fraction of all coaches. The majority of coaches today work with clients to identify what they want personally and professionally, and then support them in achieving a life that they really want and love. The new buzzword in the marketplace is success coach. If you have never considered a coach to enhance your business and personal life, then now is the time to get started.
Through weekly one on one coaching sessions, clients identify what is most important to them and align their thoughts, words and actions accordingly. Daily accountability for simple action items increases results exponentially. Having a life one loves starts with gaining clarity on values, enabling more meaningful choices and consistent actions. Coaching offers a tried and tested means for creating more balance, joy, energy, financial abundance, focus, and action in every area of your life.
Who Works with a Success Coach?
Entrepreneurs, business owners, leaders, sales professionals and people in transition are some of the people who typically work with a success coach. Regardless of their professional endeavors or place in life, clients have one thing in common: they are all successful, resourceful, and intelligent individuals who want to get even more out of their lives.
People hire a coach because they want more of something (money, time, happiness, success, freedom, etc) and/or less of something (frustration, tolerations, delays, regrets, etc). Thanks to the internet and web based teleconferencing, the best advice in the world can be shared from anywhere and at anytime. Another compelling reason people have for hiring a success coach: they are just unwilling to wait to get what they want. They now turn to an outside expert to help them get what they most want, in a healthier, more productive and sustainable way.
Successful professional athletes use coaching to win. Tiger Woods is one of the best, and yet he understands the value of having someone work directly with him, pointing out things he can’t see, encouraging and challenging him to achieve his greatest potential. Success coaching is like having a personal trainer for your life!
What will a success coach do for me?
First, a success coach encourages clients to set goals that they truly want to achieve. This typically includes both personal and business goals. Examples include wanting to work less hours, earn more profits, find the right employees, spend more time with the family, etc. Every client has their own specific and unique set of goals that they strive to achieve. The first step in the client-coach relationship is to identify these goals and then believe they are achievable.
Next, a success coach asks and expects their clients to do much more than they have ever done on their own. We all have TDD (time deficit disorder), but few of us realize that that a cure is available. The 80/20 principal states that 20% of our inputs generate 80% of our output. If you can identify the 20% of your daily tasks that generate 80% of your profit (income, revenue, etc) and then double your effort on those specific tasks, then you are well on the path to working less and earning more in your business.
Success coaches continuously help clients focus on specific issues and tasks in order to produce and achieve specific results. Success coaches don’t offer the what to do, they provide the how to by providing clients with the tools, support and structure to accomplish much more than they ever thought possible.
When you hire a coach, you are paying for an accountability partner, for information, advice, support, collaboration, strategies, continuous presence, energy, creativity, availability, not necessarily just time or the number of coaching sessions. You can get as much value from 15 minutes of coaching as you can from three hours of coaching; it all depends mostly on timing, openness, and synergy.
What should I look for in a success coach?
Success coaches want certain and specific things for their clients. Indicators that you have found a great success coach include someone that will help you have enough energy, happiness, money, wonderful relationships, joy, and feelings of success that get you easily through your days. Also, find one that will help you eliminate regrets and toleration of ineffective tasks and activities. Finally, search for someone that will hold you accountable while helping you create reserves in your life of everything including time, money, love, confidence, enjoyment, etc.
If you are searching for a success coach that specializes in business and entrepreneurial clients, you should seek someone that will help you get a clear financial and structural picture of where you’ve been, where you are currently, and where you want to go. Expect your business success coach to require a profitable business, operated with integrity, and that has the proper help to run the business efficiently and effectively. You will typically be expected to work on your business and not in it. A business success coach should want your business to succeed beyond your plans and to be more profitable than budgeted for while attracting customers without having to apply a great amount of effort. Finally, a business success coach should help you actually get pleasure from your business tasks and duties and have a great life too!
What should I do now?
If you truly want to maximize your efforts and your business success, it is time for you to consider the services of a professional success coach. The winners in business (and in life) don’t have to be ten times better than the competition; they only have to be a little better. Adding a dose of coaching to your life may be the prescription you need to take control of both your business and your life.

Tony Robbins, the worlds foremost success coach can, in a few hours, give you the tools to achieve and exceed your wildest dreams of success. Tony calls it the NAC of Success. Neuro Associative Conditioning (NAC) is his personal success technology.
Anyone familiar with the world of personal development will have heard of Neuro Linguistic Programming or NLP. Tony Robbins is attained a level of NLP mastery few even dream of. At this Autumns Unleash The Power Within seminar I watched in awe as he held the focus and attention of 10,000 people for 12 hours!
I am a Tony Robbins fan and I personally use his NAC techniques to benefit my and my clients. The great thing is, you can too! Tonys NAC tools are the best implementation and, in a couple of cases, extensions to the traditional NLP syllabus. The key difference between NAC and NLP is the time frame of change.
Many NLP practitioners can, and will, create a change in perspective, focus and ultimately results for their clients. The challenge comes not at the point of the consultation but in the days and weeks that follow. Tonys Conditioning techniques enable you to anchor your new powerful states with physical, physiological and emotional cues. Armed with these anchors you can easily maintain the required focus and positive emotional states until the become your natural condition they become habitual ways of thinking, being and doing.
Once you have mastered these new skills and conditioned your to a new good/positive behavioural pattern the life changing results will amaze you and your friends, family and colleagues. I can speak with certainty as I witness the results everyday in my work as a coach.
Andrew J Silvers is a Success Coach. He runs the UK based Academy of Achievement and is dedicated to helping his clients meet and exceed the personal and professional goals they have set out to achieve. He is a student of Tony Robbins and personally recommends Tony Robbins’ Unleash The Power Within Seminar. At UPW you will learn the basic tools of mastery and then put them into practice by walking on fire!

1. You are the captain of your ship.
This is your life - you can take it in any direction you choose. Blaming anyone else for the results in your life does nothing to change your circumstances. Instead, focus on what you can think, feel, and do to sail where you want.
2. You get what you focus on.
If you constantly focus on debt, poverty, bills, and no money, then you will no doubt feel ‘poor’. Because you attract what you feel and think about, you will only attract more of the same - debt, bills, and worry. When you focus on wealth, abundance, and easy cash flow, then you will feel ‘prosperous’. Opportunities for financial growth will appear as a result of you thinking and feeling good about financial abundance.
3. There is more than enough for everyone.
There is an endless supply of everything you desire when you connect with your spiritual source. You came from nothing, out of a surge and impulse for life. The universe provided everything you needed to grow from a speck of DNA to a fully independent living organism. Everything in this world is created in the same way - from a desire to exist. Express your full desires in grateful appreciation of the world around you and watch them grow like flowers emerging from the ground in springtime.
4. Ask and you shall receive.
The universe is like a giant shopping mall. Everything is there for you, you simply need to pull out the cosmic ‘credit card’. To build ‘cosmic credit’ you must set clear intentions charged full of excitement and positive vibrations. Visualise it, feel it as if you already have it, and buzz away on the excitement. The more positive energy you can generate, then the more your ‘cosmic credit card’ loads up. You can also generate more cosmic credit through genuine and regular expressions of gratitude for everything you already have in your life.
5. You are a product of your environment.
Everything adapts to its environment. Animals change their appearance and behaviour according to their surroundings and so do humans - weather forces you to put on or take off clothes, you speak the language of your neighbours and community, your food habits reflect your family’s preferences. Just as environments change, so do you. However if you consciously change your environment, then you can consciously change your behaviours and thus the results you want. Want to be fit? Hang out with fit people, sign up for a gym, read fitness magazines, join a cycling club. Want to be wealthy? Read about people who have created wealth, take a financial management course, find a mentor or coach to work with you on your financial goals. When you design inspiring environments, then your evolution and adaptation is quicker and more in line with your true intentions.
6. Forgiveness releases powerful positive energy
If you have hurt, or have been hurt by someone else, then you must forgive. Forgiveness does not mean to condone the behaviour, but rather serves to release the hurt and promote healing. Without forgiveness, the hurt festers and infects, leading to disease and further pain. To forgive, first ask, what can I learn from this? Then express gratitude for allowing the gift of learning in to your life. Forgiveness acts as a kind of cosmic bandaid - allowing emotional and spiritual tissue to heal. This frees all parties to experience love and growth once more. Most of all, forgive yourself. Rather than practising self-loathing and criticism, practise self-love and self-acceptance. Remember to state, I love and accept myself even when…. You are always learning and growing - be gentle on your self. Allow the compassion you feel for others to flow to you as well.
7. Now is all there is.
You only ever experience your life in an endless series of present moments. You only ever truly live right here, right now. The past and future are simply images. Your past experiences are a result of past thought; your future experiences are a result of present thought. This means that you can let go of past wrongs, no matter how painful, as they are behind you. It also means that if you want to change your future, you need only focus your thoughts and feelings on your present moment. Seek to find joy, beauty, and abundance in your present circumstances and your future will mirror this.
8. We are all connected.
We are all made of the same ’stuff’ - bits of atoms and other particles that in their purest form are energy waves. If we are all energy, and energy can neither be created or destroyed but simply arranged in different patterns and frequencies to create the world as we perceive it, then it follows that we are all connected, part of an enormous and endless sea of energy field rippling with vibrations and waves. This means that we are all connected. This means that what I think and feel creates a ripple effect in everyone and everything else’s experience. The good news is that positive feelings and positive thoughts have 100 times the frequency of negative thoughts and feelings. Thus if we raise the awareness of our thoughts and feelings and consciously choose to feel good, then we are having a positive ripple effect across the entire universe. How’s that for powerful!

IAN BROADMORE Changing Lives 10 Harley Street London All human behaviour is driven by an instinct to fulfil one or more basic human needs. Abraham Maslow developed a hierarchy of needs model in the 1940/1950s in the USA. The original model defined five human needs, but has been added to and amended over the years. The original needs hierarchy was:
Biological & Physiological needs; (basic life needs air, food, drink, sleep, shelter, warmth, sex etc) Safety needs; (protection, order, security, law, stability) Love & Belongingness needs; (relationships, family, love, belonging) Esteem needs; (responsibility, status, achievement, purpose) Self Actualisation; (personal fulfilment and growth)
The Hierarchy of needs is still valid today to understanding motivation and personal development. We are all motivated by needs, unhappiness, stress, lack of direction in our lives all stem from an unfulfilled need. To be fulfilled and happy with life and ourselves we need to fill these six needs in a positive way.
The Six Needs Are LOVE & CONNECTION The need to fill love & connection with and for others.
PURPOSE The need to feel we have a purpose in life and are significant and have meaning to others. We are unique, special, and individual.
CERTAINITY The need to know that everything is settled and secure.
UNCERTAINITY The complete opposite of the above. The need to feel that life is interesting, challenging and exciting
We all have the ability to get these first four needs fulfilled, even if it is sometimes in a negative way. The fifth & sixth needs are not met by everyone, yet by attaining them they offer us the key to inner peace and fulfilment.
GROWTH The need for the feeling we are growing spiritually, intellectually, physically, mentally.
GIVING The need to feel that we are giving of ourselves for the benefit of others. Everyone has their own unique requirements for the fulfilment of the six needs. The degree in which they are met defines our quality of life and happiness.
Life coaching can help you identify and fulfil these needs and take you from where you are now on the road to where you want to be.

Under Coaching
A single conversation across the table with a wise man is worth a months study of books -Chinese proverb
What is a mentor? Websters defines a mentor as a wise and trusted counselor or teacher. A mentor is someone who will be your trusted advisor and coach. This is ideally a person who is smart, successful, and very perceptive. The quality of your success is in direct correlation to the quality of your mentor. Your mentor could be someone who is well known in his or her field or in the community. It could be someone who is part of your religious organization, or a family friend.
Get Lucky By Having a Mentor
I have been lucky enough to have had several mentors in my life and they have had an immeasurable impact on me. Let me repeat- they have had an impact on me that you cannot possibly imagine. Why is it important to have a mentor? It is important to have a mentor for many reasons:
You cant think of everything yourself
As much as you would like to think you can, you cant think of everything! Many times, when you are involved in a situation, you cant see the forest through the trees. Simply put, you may be too close to the situation. A mentor has the ability to step back from the action and to review it objectively. Lets say that you are fighting a battle on the ground, but you have a radio connection to a helicopter high above the action. That is the perspective of your mentor. Secondly, they arent emotionally involved, so they have the ability to be more objective. Lastly, it is the classic two heads are better than one approach. Your mentor extraordinaire may come up with ideas that are new and different. I have had mentors whove caused me to think, I wish I would have thought of that!
You dont always have enough experience
Your mentor may have experienced the same situations in the past and have excellent advice on how to handle it. Let me give you an example. My sixteen-year-old daughter is very pretty. In fact, she is model pretty! A few years ago, she came home from school one day and said, I am ugly, because no guys will ask me out. This was her perception, and I was able to share with her my experience. I told her that when I was in the tenth grade and lacked confidence, I wouldnt ask pretty girls out because I was intimidated. I know this, because I experienced it. The reason guys were not asking her out is that she was too pretty! That is the advantage that a mentor can provide. There is, as they say, no replacement for experience.
Two heads are better than one
Have you ever tried to play tennis by yourself? Its pretty boring, isnt it? You dont have anyone to return your volley or to push you to the next level. Having a mentor is similar to having a great partner in tennis- it is someone to bounce ideas around with you and help you to improve your game. Having someone to bounce ideas around has, for me, always resulted in better ideas.
Navigate the corporate culture
If your mentor is someone who works at your company, they can help you navigate the corporate culture. They can help you understand the different personalities and quirks of each person. Having this kind of guidance can be a great help and make your life easier.
Save time on your climb
A great way of saving time on your climb up the corporate ladder is to have a mentor. There are people who have already learned what you are learning and have experienced what you are now experiencing. As Brian Tracy, noted author and speaker, says, If you want to be successful, find someone who has already done it - and do it the same way they did.
Shawn Doyle is the President of New Light Learning and Development (http://www.newlightlearning.com) a company specializing in Leadership Development and motivational. The human psyche seems to have a pendant for projecting our shortcomings onto others, but also our good traits. Without the other we would not be able to know the self: they are our mirrors. If you want to know whether your hair looks great or if your new coat suits you, you take a look in the mirror, dont you? You need that mirror to be able to look at your outer appearance.
The same counts for your inner world. If you want to have a look at yourself inside, look into the mirror, which is other people: the traits you hate in them and the ones you love in them. This tells more about you than you think! In fact, you hate and love those traits which you pushed away into your shadow zone, which you decided you dont want to see (the negative traits you condemned as bad or no good), or those which you decided you dont have (the positive traits, which you call good and which you would like to have but you think you dont have them).
In order to see inside yourself, look at what disturbs you in others and what you admire in others. All these traits are energies you pushed away and which you need to recover. Thats why this bothers or attracts you now in your life.
What we condemn or detest in others are our own qualities that we dont want to face, but that we should be working at. This is called the negative projection. What you dont like in others, or even hate, is a part of yourself.
When the indifference of another person disturbs you, it means that you should be more indifferent yourself and stop to invest yourself for 100% everywhere and with everyone! This doesnt mean you have to become as indifferent, cold and distant as the other person, but that you should reintegrate a part of this energy in your own behavior, and become a little less involved in what you do. Too much involvement can hurt you. You need to learn in this case to take more care of yourself instead of being so focused on the other one.
If you are balanced on this polarity of indifference (one extreme) and too much involvement (the other extreme), than the indifference of the other won’t bother you anymore. This counts for every trait that bothers you in others! You should integrate the energy of this trait in your energy field. This means to become a little bit more like the other (in this example: indifferent) and become the opposite to yourself (more involved in your own well being).
When you start to integrate the behavior that disturbs you in others, you will notice that this behavior doesnt disturb you anymore. You simply dont notice it anymore. You have integrated this energy, so now you become neutral towards this topic.
When the aggressive behavior of a partner or colleagues is getting to you, then you may have to learn to say no, defend your ground and clearly mark the borders. The fact that somebodys aggression disturbs you proves that you have hidden that energy away in your shadow side. You can reclaim that energy and develop it in other ways that support your balance in life.
This counts for every behavior in others that disturbs you. This is the fastest way to grow and to keep up with others at the same time!
On a scale of polarities, what you hate is the polarity you didnt develop inside you and you should. Life shows you this in the behavior of the significant other. In stead of hating him or his behavior, observe, ask yourself what you have to learn, learn it, integrate (you become a better person, a whole, complete person) and the screen of life will show you a more balanced person!
In the same way, the good traits you admire in others are your own qualities that you dont know you have. You think you are lacking these talents and admire them thus in others. These qualities are present within yourself but they are under construction and also need developing. They are, however, a mirror image of your highest abilities. This is the positive projection.
Think of a male person and a female person you admire, and who you know in real life. Make a list of the qualities and traits you admire in them. Then read this list again and say out loud in front of each quality : I am. Lets say you admire the elegance and the organizational skills of your best friend. This means you too have the capacity to organize your life and things and you too are beautiful, otherwise you would even not be able to see it in others! You do have the germ of these qualities inside, otherwise you wouldnt be able to notice them. This list clearly represents who you are. This is the truth about you. These qualities are INSIDE of you. They are merely waiting to be discovered, expanded and expressed.
You can do the same with people you dont know personally, like movie stars, singers, historical figures, politicians, mythical figures, fairies.List their qualities and read for yourself : I am In the beginning youre maybe skeptical, you wont believe you possess yourself these qualities. But have a closer look and admit the possibility of having these qualities inside you in the form of seeds that need to be cultivated in order to blossom.
So in stead of blaming others for their behavior or dwelling with others for the qualities you admire, you can better do this inner work of recovering the energy locked into these traits. In stead of projecting these traits outside yourself on an outside screen (the other person), try to grow by developing these qualities consciously yourself and you will become a more complete integrated person with a lot more energy!
What you dont have inside yourself, you can not see in others!

Ziggy I Forgot All About You!
See, Ziggy was my nickname when I was 10 years old. All my friends called me Ziggy, and thats how I saw myself, a fat little kid who liked to be liked. Life was an explosion of new days whatever happened was fun. School was more than the classroom; it was the gang, the schoolyard, the park, my bike rides to the Palisades in New Jersey with my pal Bob Handler.
My parents loved me and thought Ziggy was just a great 10-year-old.
You know what I never missed out on anything, and Ziggy wouldnt trade places with Rockefellers kid.
What Happened to Ziggy
Yeah - he went underground when I grew up. When the adult me went to college, and law school, there was no room for a clown like Ziggy. But you know what lately Ziggy has been sending me messages. I think he jiggled the lock off his cage. When I get the hiccups from laughing at some really dumb some fart joke its Ziggy stretching.
Whats So Hot About My 10 Year Old Persona?
Before there was Hot! Ziggy was Cool! He would try anything, laugh like a loon at nada, and took everything personally. In my opinion Ziggy got his way 10x more than me the adult.
He was the master manipulator of his world. See, I think we have been programmed, brainwashed, to think manipulating folks is B-A-D and makes you a selfish rat, an ego-manic, and anti-social.
Wait arent we all salespeople? Isnt our job in life to convince, influence and persuade others to think OUR way? Thats manipulation, right?
A lawyer manipulates the pubic to choose him/her to handle their litigation, not one of the other 32,000 counselors; next a lawyer manipulates the judge and jury to believe his clients outrageous tale of woe. Every time we get a check after negotiations with lawyers for the opposition, its the result of overt and covert manipulation. Didnt you manipulate your Significant-Other to pick you?
What about your chosen occupation dont you manipulate your way to success?
Specifically
Ziggy wanted folks to see him as outrageous smart, funny and a winner; in every situation it was either winning or losing face. When he read a book he thought to himself, how he would amaze his teacher or friends with his brilliance. Learning had a purpose to motivate others to know Ziggy was the best and brightest kid on the block.
Wait was it all talk without any put-up-or-shut-up? Ziggy delivered he was a star stickball hitter. When swung at the ball, half the time he connected and it flew over the fence yes, really. He got the cheers, and always felt like a homerun hitter.
Was he a celebrity only in his own mind while his world saw the reality?
The other team ranked him out with curses when he hit the big one, and that was good confirmation they feared his power and usefulness. His own team punched him in the arm when he slugged the big one. Life was all good.
At home the greatest sign of success was nobody bothered him, didnt urged on for better grades or to play nice. Ziggy learned stuff at his own lazy pace how to get along with some folks and run away from others.
Once the report card read, Does not play well with others! What the hell did the teacher know? Another time the history teacher announced Ziggy got the highest grade on the midterm. All eyes turn to him. He whispered aloud, Hey, imagine if I decided to study the damn book!
So What?
Ziggy is back in town. I am less circumspect, choose the riskier path, and laugh at myself and everyone else. Call me crazy I talk back to the TV news, and laugh like a nut at the politicians manipulating the public. Maybe their Ziggy is loose too. And today I told a Ziggy whopper to my son just for the damn fun of it.
Endwords
Ziggy makes me feel young and strong and he told me we are going to live to see the next millennium. And you know what I find we remember more, and are motivated to produce a better quality of stuff. My new slogan is usefulness leads to prosperity and it feels good.
Heres the point we have taken on a powerful goal its to get each and every one of you to release your 10-year-old Ziggy from his/her cage. Is it manipulation? Who cares, it will be good for your mind-body and spirit.
How?
Start slowly because we dont want to get your old-bones in an uproar. Maybe, let your 10-year-old out for just five-minutes daily the first month, and build on it. Start with the movie-screen of your mind creative a mental visualization of how you looked back then.
A lot of folks have trouble resurrecting a mental image of their 10-year-old. Took me a month of trying. Know why? We locked him in a cage because that kid was too arrogant and noisy. Freud would say our 10-year-old is repressed and relegated to our subconscious. But just listen to your kid for a minute he/she want to be set free. Hear, he promises to be nice. Not.
You close your eyes and still cannot mentally visualize your 10-year-old face? Ask your Mom for an old picture of you as a kid. Shes got them hidden in an old album. Pick the most outrageous pix and study it. Talk to yourself; call a press conference of your left and right brain to cover all the angles. Emotionalize it and dont be afraid of a few damned tears for what was and it gone.
Now here is the secret: act as-if, think as-if, believe as-if, and finally, feel as-if you are - your 10-year-old kid in the present.
Now look back at the picture.
See the knowing eyes look at the body language nothing scared that kid. Wanna own a piece of the kids positive qualities - like the attitude everything is possible if you just want it enough? Maybe your 10-year had some important answers you threw overboard when growing up like acting on your intuitions. Maybe we threw out the baby with the dirty water, huh?
Ziggy told me to add this there is more to you than meets the eye and its located right in your Minds Eye. You can reinvent yourself for the better. So thats it. Uhuru! Free your Ziggy! Power to all the 10-year old Ziggies out there.
May we respectfully suggest you consider breaking the lock on your caged 10-year-old? Ziggy says - do it or hes coming to break your old bones.
See ya,

Under Coaching
Do you want your company to run more smoothly than ever before? Do you want to minimize operating costs and maximize your profits? If you don’t know how to handle the company all by yourself, then executive coaching is the answer to either of these questions.
If your company is expanding too fast, you may need someone to assist you with the burdens of making the right decisions and also all the other aspects of handling a large company properly.
As the owner of a company or if you are in a high position in a particular company who is in charge of the big projects, you will really need help in making the right decisions for you to be efficient. Of course, you want the company to have the edge against its competitors. For this, you will need the services of executive coaches in order for you to arrive at the right decisions.
However, before you hire an executive coach, you need to be able to know what to look for and consider other factors that may affect how you run the company.
Here are a few things you should consider before hiring an executive coach:
-The first thing you have to consider is who will be paying for the executive coach. It is recommended that you should personally retain the coach if you want to be better in making the right decisions for the company. If you will personally pay for the executive coach, then he or she will be more loyal. You need an executive coach that you can trust.
-You will also need to determine that the executive coach you choose is qualified to do the job. You need to know that you will get what you pay for and you should also know that the executive coach you choose is also knowledgeable about the industry your company is in. Always remember that there are a lot of executive coaches out there in the market that offers their services at a very high price. It is therefore recommended that you should check if they really do have a good track record and also look for an executive coach with years of experience.
-Check if the executive coach you will be hiring has references. Basing from the references, you can contact the previous companies that hired them and ask if the executive coach is competent in the industry. This will also let you know which kind of industry the executive coach you plan on hiring have experiences on.
-As mentioned above, you need to know if you will be getting what you pay for. Know how much an executive coach may charge you by the hour. You should also remember that if an executive coach only charges a few hundred dollars, then that is also how much advice you get. The more an executive coach charge the more they will likely be more experienced and will give good advices.
Remember all these things and you can be sure that you will get the right executive coach to assist you in making the right decisions you need to improve how your company operates.
So, if you need to have the edge against other competitors of your company, then executive coaching is for you.
